The active people meeting is the annual meeting of young friends of the earth activists from all over Lower Saxony. We elect the new state youth leadership (our state board) and collecting ideas for projects, workshops and other actions for the next year. And of course we have plenty of time planned to get to know each other and to talk about the issues that move us.
The activists‘ weekend starts on Friday, 11.10. and runs until Sunday, 13.10.2024. Linked to this is the youth meeting on Saturday, 12.10.2024. For this we meet at the Naturfreundehaus in Hannover. There we will have a meeting room and of course there will be delicious vegan food and drink. We are accommodated in multi bed tooms.
By the way: The active weekend is also ideal if you are not yet active in the young friends of the earth network in lower saxony and would like to get a taste of what we do. 🙂

9 am – National Youth Assembly – agenda & reports
11 am – Break
11:30 am – Content (e.g. workshop/exchange group)
12:30 pm – Lunch
1:30 pm – National Youth Assembly – Motions
3 pm – coffe time / afternoon break
4:30 pm – National Youth Assembly – Budget
6 pm – Dinner
7 pm – Elections
8 pm – Open Space (e.g. Skill sharing, workshops etc.)

9 am – think tank: young friends of the earth lower saxony 2024
11 am – break
11:30 am – upcoming events and feedback
